Jungian Sandplay Practitioner Training This intensive training provide social workers and students with the necessary tools to being work as a Jungian sand play practitioner. The instruction includes: history of sand play therapy, Jungian theory, basic procedures of sand play work, stage of psycho-spiritual development, case histories, Myers-Briggs and the Mayes Hypothesis, symbols and symbolic interpretation, ideas for building a sand tray room with figurine collection. Includes individual supervision for 9 months. Certificate of completion from Western Sandplay Associates

Presenter: Dr. Pam Blackwell Mayes is the director of Western Sand Play Associates. A retired therapist, she has forty years' experience as a Jungian-oriented counselor. She is an associate member of the International Sandplay Association. She has co-authored theoretical and practical articles in Jungian psychology as well as Jungian sand play therapy.
